Lender panel, accreditation, and public calculators

Your own panel, not a live market feed
The Lender panel page (Practice Management → Lender panel) is where you record the lenders and products you actually deal with — rates, fees, and features you keep current yourself. There's no data-licensing relationship with any lender behind this; it's your panel, in your control, used for the serviceability calculator and rate-sheet freshness reminders.
Accreditation, per broker
Below the panel, the accreditation matrix tracks which broker is accredited with which lender, plus expiry dates. A rule under Automations can nudge you before a rate sheet goes stale (default 90 days unverified) so the panel doesn't quietly drift out of date.
Public calculators — a lead-capture surface
The same page gives you a public, embeddable calculator at /calculator/<your-practice-id> — borrowing power, loan repayments, and stamp duty in one embed, shareable as a link or an iframe snippet for your own website.
- Borrowing power uses your lender panel to give a real estimate, and capturing the full breakdown takes the visitor's contact details — a genuine lead into your pipeline.
- Repayments and stamp duty are instant, no contact details required — a lighter-touch tool to keep visitors on your site.
Set up your lender panel before sharing the calculator link — the borrowing-power tab needs it to give a meaningful estimate.
