Practice tiers come with N client licenses. Each client you invite gets their own personal Finance Frank account — no per-client billing, no setup fees on their side. They sign up via your branded invite, and the practice license unlocks everything for them.

AI client digest

Per-client AI summary for your reading: net-worth movement, top movers, fresh Frank observations, realised CGT, plus follow-up prompts to raise on the next call.

BAS sign-off + audit trail

Send a BAS for client review, capture a signed declaration with timestamp + IP, mark as lodged after submitting via ATO Online Services. Every sign-off retained for the TPB's 5-year audit requirement.

Engagement letter on file

Attach the signed engagement letter (PDF) to each practice-client row with signed/expires dates. Frank surfaces upcoming expiries in your workflow queue so renewals don't slip.

Bulk actions

Multi-select clients, run a single action across all of them: regenerate observations, send an EOFY check-in, generate accountant packs. Per-client succeeded/failed breakdown.

Tax-doc sharing (opt-in)

Clients flag specific documents as practice-visible — never automatic exposure. Canonical doc types (trust deeds, BAS lodgements, QS reports) so the right docs are findable.

White-label custom domain

Serve Frank to your clients on your own subdomain (frank.your-firm.com.au) with your logo, colour, and an optional "powered by Frank" footer. DNS instructions in the UI.

Practice messaging

One-to-one or broadcast messages to your roster, with read receipts. Subject + body, scoped to all clients or a subset.
