Complaints register and CPD tracking

Complaints register
Log a complaint on the Complaints page (sidebar → Compliance) — subject, description, category, and the client or lead it relates to. Frank tracks the IDR (Internal Dispute Resolution) deadline automatically and creates a task as it approaches, so a response window never gets missed by accident.
Let Frank draft the response
Ask Frank to draft a response to an open complaint and it grounds the draft in the complaint's own description and category, plus anything relevant from your meeting notes with that client. The draft is saved onto the complaint record for you to review, edit and send yourself through whatever channel you already use — Frank never sends it, and never changes the complaint's status.
Recurring themes
If a category repeats three or more times in a rolling six-month window, it shows up as a recurring theme on the Complaints page — a plain count of what your own team actually typed into the category field, not an AI-guessed pattern.
Exporting your register
A CSV export (subject, category, status, dates, overdue flag, resolution notes) is available any time — an AFCA member needs to be able to produce their register on request.
CPD tracking
Log CPD hours on the My CPD page (Practice Management → My CPD) — description, hours, and the activity date. Set an annual hour target for the practice from Practice Settings and every member's progress shows against it on the CPD page, not just a running tally with no goalpost.
Pace nudges
If you've set a target, Frank compares each member's logged hours against how far through the CPD year the practice actually is — with a buffer so nobody's nagged for a normal early-year lag — and nudges anyone falling behind before it becomes a problem at year-end.
Team roster
A principal or admin sees the whole team's CPD standing in one view, right on the same CPD page, rather than checking each member individually — plus a CSV export of the roster, useful heading into a compliance review.
