Commission and trail tracking

Two views, one number
Commission details are entered right on a settled application's own row (the Commission panel), and the Commissions page (Practice Management → Commissions) rolls every settled application up into one practice-wide view: what's expected, what's actually landed, and what's currently at risk of clawback.
Recording a commission
On any settled loan application, open the Commission panel to record the upfront amount, the trail rate, and dates. This is the source of truth the practice-wide page summarises — there's nothing separate to keep in sync.
Clawback risk
A commission can be flagged at risk or clawed back, with the amount and date recorded. The practice-wide page totals both separately from what's already landed, so a clawback exposure doesn't get buried in an otherwise-healthy commission number.
Reading the summary
The top of the Commissions page shows upfront outstanding, amount at risk of clawback, and amount already clawed back — a quick health check before it becomes a surprise at reconciliation time.
