Getting the app

The Finance Frank mobile app is available for iOS and Android. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.

What you can do on mobile

The mobile app has full feature parity with the web app:

• View your net worth, assets, liabilities, and income at a glance
• Check your financial health score
• See smart insights and recommendations

Frank AI

• Chat with Frank from anywhere
• Get instant answers about your finances
• Create and update financial items through conversation

Money

• Transactions — view, add, and categorise transactions
• Budgets — track spending against budgets
• Subscriptions — manage recurring payments

Wealth

• Assets — add and manage assets with offset account linking
• Debt — track liabilities with offset savings display
• Income — manage income sources
• Insurance — track all your insurance policies

More

• Goals — set and track financial goals
• Tax Position — view your estimated tax for the year
• Portfolio — check share prices and investment performance
• Learn — browse financial education topics
• Settings — manage your profile and preferences

Receipt capture

On mobile, you can attach receipts directly to transactions:

1. Open a transaction and tap Attach Receipt
2. Choose Take Photo or Choose from Library
3. The receipt is uploaded and linked to the transaction

This is especially useful for tax deduction records at EOFY.

Signing in

Use the same email and password as the web app. The mobile app supports secure biometric login (Face ID / fingerprint) for quick access after your first sign-in.
