Changing your plan

You can change your Finance Frank plan at any time from your account settings.

How to change your plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan and billing period
  4. Confirm the change

Upgrading (Basic to Pro)

When you upgrade:

  • Your new Pro features are available immediately
  • You're charged the prorated difference for the current billing period
  • Your next invoice reflects the new plan price

Downgrading (Pro to Basic)

When you downgrade:

  • You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • At the end of the period, Pro-only features become unavailable
  • Your data in Pro features (portfolio, documents, etc.) is preserved — it will be accessible again if you upgrade later
  • Active collaborator seats are released when the downgrade takes effect

Switching billing period

You can switch between monthly and annual billing:

  • Monthly to annual — you'll be charged the annual price immediately, prorated for any remaining monthly period
  • Annual to monthly — takes effect at the end of your current annual period

Cancelling your subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm the cancellation

After cancelling:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your data is preserved if you resubscribe later
  • You'll receive a confirmation email
