Changing your plan
You can change your Finance Frank plan at any time from your account settings.
How to change your plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan and billing period
- Confirm the change
Upgrading (Basic to Pro)
When you upgrade:
- Your new Pro features are available immediately
- You're charged the prorated difference for the current billing period
- Your next invoice reflects the new plan price
Downgrading (Pro to Basic)
When you downgrade:
- You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
- At the end of the period, Pro-only features become unavailable
- Your data in Pro features (portfolio, documents, etc.) is preserved — it will be accessible again if you upgrade later
- Active collaborator seats are released when the downgrade takes effect
Switching billing period
You can switch between monthly and annual billing:
- Monthly to annual — you'll be charged the annual price immediately, prorated for any remaining monthly period
- Annual to monthly — takes effect at the end of your current annual period
Cancelling your subscription
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm the cancellation
After cancelling:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- Your data is preserved if you resubscribe later
- You'll receive a confirmation email
